  Where do I even start! Instead of telling you a long story I'll just list all of the unethical things this agency has done. 1) I asked for my daughter and myself to be listed on the insurance. I stated how important it was she be an insured driver. The agency lists her as an authorized driver SHE WAS DRIVING WITH NO INSURANCE. 2) After the above incident I asked to work with someone different in the office . The receptionist says sure no problem. I begin working with someone new (so I thought) until I got an email and found out I was still working with the same lady. Very shady! 3) I call to add a car and I was given a quote . ( YES, I know quotes are not a secure number) However, you do not expect them to be over 100$ above the quote/ estimate. 4) I asked for an explanation as to why my bill increased after making changes. The answer - because you made changes towards the end of the term. (I still have three months of a 6 month term). 5) Asked for detailed documents that show me where this bill increase is going. I never disputed paying it, I want to know where my money is going. NO REPLY JUST TRANSFERRED me to a new agency. 6) To be fair I did ask to switch agencies but I also asked that this issue be resolved before I am transferred. No resolve just transferred me like I hadn't faithfully given my money to this company for the last year. If you are someone who reviews your documents thoroughly and disputes discrepancies, this is NOT THE AGENT FOR YOU.
